  1. If I was interested in Splatoon the direct would have hit a 7 or higher, but since I’m not into the series the direct gets a 6. Smash fighter, Mario Golf, and Triangle Strategy were pretty much all this one had for me and TS isn’t until 22

  2. I don't think spoiling Xenoblade was cool. It doesn't hurt to just say "spoiler warning". Who cares how old the game is? Would you like it if someone spoiled a game for you because it's old?

  3. For me, it was a solid Direct; not amazing, but it wasn't awful either. Fall Guys finally coming to Switch, Mario Golf Super Rush looks so fun, Miitopia, Skyward Sword HD, World's End Club, and Splatoon 3 was a genuine shock. Pyra/Mythra in Smash wasn't a huge deal to me (I feel like a will be playing Xenoblade Chronicles at some point in the future tho…), and while other announcements weren't for me (Project Triangle Strategy, DC Super Hero Girls, No More Heroes 3 being prime examples) I would still consider it a solid return for the general Direct format. Here's hoping we don't have to wait 530 days for the next general Direct!

  4. My highlights:
    1. Mario Golf
    2. Fall Guys Switch
    3. Pyra and Mythra for Smash.
Not a ton of stuff for me, but I still really liked it cause there was lots of stuff for everyone.
